Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager for the Denver area. This remote role covers Home Depot and Lowes accounts, requiring you to drive top-line sales and manage territory activations.

You will analyze POS metrics via Power BI and Salesforce to map routes, schedule visits, and ensure inventory supports promotions. Travel regionally and occasionally on weekends is expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of retail sales experience in consumer goods preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a Denver-based retail territory (Home Depot and Lowes accounts) as a remote employee.
• Analyze POS, store performance, and promotions to craft territory sales plans.
• Drive top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to align strategies with local goals.
• Leverage Power BI and Salesforce data to inform routing and inventory needs.
• Engage with retailers to implement national events and local activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product training and seeding.
