Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager for an Atlanta, GA area with remote work within the territory.

You will manage Home Depot and Lowes accounts, drive top-line sales, and develop data-driven territory plans using Power BI and Salesforce. You will partner with store and district managers, coordinate with sales operations for inventory, and execute national events and local activations to boost market share.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8–10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing light physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.
• Understanding IT systems BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce and MS Office.
• Must pass Drug test & MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Drive top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Manage Home Depot/Lowes accounts and in-territory visits.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to map territory plans.
• Coordinate with Store and District Managers to align strategies.
• Work with Sales Operations to ensure inventory for promotions.
• Execute national events and local territory activations.
• Manage budgets (T&E, Demo Tool) to drive profitability.
