Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Territory Manager, Residential Construction, for the Atlanta area. You will work remotely within your territory, engaging with Home Depot and Lowe’s Pro ecosystems to drive lead conversion and trade partnerships.

The role requires 3+ years in construction sales/marketing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and up to 50% travel. You’ll collaborate with field reps and vendors to grow key accounts and lead regional promotions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or related field; degree can be substituted by relevant construction field experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with proven results.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Develop and convert top national and large regional end users by identifying prospects, initiating introductions, and building relationships.
• Collaborate with PRO outside and inside sales reps at Lowe's and THD to train and assist in selling to targeted end users.
• Form strategic partnerships with national associations leveraging retailers, promotions, and programs to boost sales.
• Serve as the team expert for a dedicated trade vertical and understand end-user landscape and use cases.
• Identify and engage with large residential jobsites in the region and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute large PRO events in the region with Lowe's and THD.
