Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to oversee a Fort Myers territory as a remote field-based role. You will manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts, analyze store performance, and drive top-line sales while partnering with managers to execute local strategies.

The role requires 3-5 years in retail sales, regional travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, BW, and Tool Commerce is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing some physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to drive growth.
• Knowledge of BW, Salesforce, Tool Commerce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowe's accounts or a combination of these.
• Drive top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to tailor store/territory plans.
• Collaborate with store and district managers to align strategies.
• Use Power BI and Salesforce data to map customer routing and opportunities.
