Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Retail Territory Manager for the Denver, CO area, operating remotely within the territory. Manage Home Depot/Lowes accounts, analyze data in Power BI and Salesforce, and drive local and national activations to reach POS targets.

Travel regionally with occasional weekend work, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. You will partner with store/district leaders, coordinate with operations for inventory, and execute tailored initiatives while managing budgets for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and weekends (8–10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and physical tasks (ladder/climb).
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data for growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with store and district managers to align strategies with goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Ops for inventory for promotions.
• Drive strategy using Power BI and Salesforce data.
• Execute national event activations and local territory activations.
• Engage store/district decision makers on key initiatives and customize plans.
• Manage budgets (T&E, demo tools) to drive profitability.
• Build relationships with Pro end-users through training and demos.
• Perform monthly job-site visits to support pro strategies and POS goals.
