Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).

Responsibilities

• Drive Top Line Sales to achieve POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to map territory plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure inventory for promotions.
• Execute national events and local territory activations.
• Develop and implement territory initiatives with key decision makers.
• Engage retail partners in monthly meetings and quality walks.
• Utilize data tools to identify gaps and build sales plans.
