Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager for the Denver, CO area, working remotely within the territory. You will manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts, drive POS performance, and coordinate with store and district leadership to execute strategies.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, planning territory activations, and partnering with retail service teams to ensure inventory for promotions. Travel regionally and occasional weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of Retail Sales in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasional weekends (8–10 annually).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and analyze Power BI/Salesforce data to grow sales.
• Knowledge of BW, Salesforce.com/Tool Commerce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail accounts and daily activities including visits.
• Analyze metrics in SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to map routing.
• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations for inventory for promotions.
• Drive execution of national event activations and local territory activations.
• Engage store and district decision makers and implement initiatives.
• Partner with retail service partners for accountability and corrective actions.
• Use enablement tools to identify gaps and craft sales plans.
