Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in Louisville, KY. You will manage Home Depot/Lowe's accounts, analyze sales data via Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad, and drive local and national activations to grow market share.

You’ll partner with store and district leadership, run routing plans, and ensure promotions with inventory planning. This field-based role requires travel and physical readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work weekends (8–10 occasions yearly).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and doing some physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data for growth plans.
• It knowledge of BW, Salesforce, and Microsoft apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowe's accounts (or both).
• Visit retail accounts and analyze metrics to plan routing.
• Drive top-line sales to hit quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Collaborate with store/district managers to align retail strategies.
• Partner with Sales Operations to ensure inventory for promotions.
• Develop and execute territory activations and national event plans.
• Build relationships with professional end-users and conduct trainings.
