Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing some physical tasks.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.
• Knowledge of BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts or a combination of these accounts.
• Analyze POS data and build territory-specific sales plans.
• Drive top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Collaborate with store and district managers to align strategies with goals.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure inventory for promotions.
