Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Retail Territory Manager for Salt Lake City, UT. This field/remote role oversees Home Depot and Lowes accounts, analyzes sales data, and drives promotions and activations.

You will travel regionally, train store staff, and manage inventories and budgets while building strong retailer relationships. You will use Power BI, Salesforce, and ShowPad to map routes, track performance, and optimize yearly targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; some physical labor required.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to grow sales.
• Understanding IT systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and MS Office.
• Must pass Drug test & MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts or a mix.
• Drive top line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Analyze POS by store to develop territory sales plans.
• Coordinate with store/district managers on goals and strategies.
• Work with Sales Operations on inventory for promotions.
• Sell in national events and develop local activations.
• Engage store and district decision makers on initiatives.
• Monitor budgets (T&E, demo tools) to ensure profitability.
