You will analyze metrics in Power BI and Salesforce, map customer routes, and execute national and local activations while coordinating with store and district teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail sales experience, regional travel, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8–10 annually).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotional performance to shape territory plans.
• Partner with store and district managers to align retail strategies.
• Coordinate inventory and promotions with Sales Operations.
• Deliver product training and support at retailer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with Pro end-users and retailers.
