Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager for the Baltimore, MD area. You will remotely manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts, analyzing sales data with Power BI and Salesforce to drive targeted sales plans and territory growth.

You will travel regionally, build strong retailer relationships, and execute promotions and events to hit quarterly POS goals. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional weekends, with comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales experience in Consumer Goods industry.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing some physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.
• Familiarity with IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowe's accounts or a combination of these.
• Analyze POS data and promotional performance to develop store/territory sales plans.
• Drive top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Collaborate with store and district managers to align retail strategies.
• Manage budgets and plan activations with retail partners.
