Job summary

You will partner with store and district managers, develop territory plans, manage budgets, train store staff, and deliver quarterly POS goals while traveling regionally 8-10 weekends per year.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform some physical tasks.
• Experience analyzing Power BI and Salesforce data to inform growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly POS goals.
• Partner with store and district managers to align retail strategies.
• Analyze POS data by store and promotions to build territory plans.
• Manage inventory and write orders with retailers.
• Develop and execute retailer-specific initiatives and events.
