Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager for Kansas City, remotely based, to oversee Home Depot and Lowe's accounts and drive top-line sales. You will map routes, analyze data in Power BI and Salesforce, and execute store-level initiatives to meet POS targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail sales experience, regionally travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasional weekends are expected as part of district activities.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing some physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.
