Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead field sales with Home Depot and Lowe's accounts, aligning store goals with national strategies and driving quarterly POS results.

You will analyze POS data in Power BI and Salesforce, map customer routes, train store personnel, and manage budgets while building strong retailer relationships and executing local activations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8–10 annually).
• Capable of training on and demonstrating products, including physical lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive Top Line Sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations for inventory for promotions.
• Drive execution strategy using Power BI and Salesforce data.
• Engage store and district decision makers to implement initiatives.
