Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of Retail Sales experience in consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasional weekends (8–10 annually).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
• Proficiency in IT systems (BW, Salesforce.com) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Drive Top Line Sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts or both in your territory.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop store and territory plans.
• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to align strategies.
• Use Power BI and Salesforce data to optimize routing and inventory for promotions.
• Execute national events and local territory activations to grow market share.
