Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and DSD across the territory. You’ll energize the market by building strong relationships, optimizing displays, and driving sales strategy with store teams.

This role blends strategy, agility, and people skills as you manage a team of merchandisers, execute HQ programs, and tailor data-driven plans to local demographics. A strong track record in retail sales is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable travel within the territory.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of merchandisers from hiring to performance coaching.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers with HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel.
• Optimize resources to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships.
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines.
