Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Retail Territory Manager in Anaheim, CA. You will lead in-store execution, manage a team of merchandisers, and drive growth across assigned accounts while delivering on monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with store personnel, optimizing merchandizing, and ensuring compliant store operations to maximize sales. You will deploy data-driven sales strategies by analyzing store demographics and customer needs,

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong business-process understanding
• Able to perform physical activities (lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally more)
• Background check including drug test and MVR
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided
