Job summary

Mondeléz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and drive sales across a designated territory. You will manage a team of Merchandisers, collaborate with store personnel, and ensure flawless rollout of priority programs.

The role requires strong selling experience, the ability to work weekends/holidays, and excellent relationship-building skills. A company vehicle is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers by delivering monthly/quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with impact by coaching and developing a team of Merchandisers (FT/PT).
• Drive in-store execution and rollout of merchandising programs.
• Consult and sell on-site, securing incremental opportunities and HQ program adherence.
• Plan data-driven strategies based on store demographics to expand the territory.
