Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Remote Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across CO territory. You will manage Direct Store Delivery, build relationships with retailers, and lead merchandisers to execute programs and grow sales

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, strategic store coverage, and a strong focus on execution excellence with travel within the Colorado area.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and business process understanding.
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lift up to 25 lbs., occasional up to 50 lbs.).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Mondelēz offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts using retail selling methods.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time).
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs for growth.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel and drive results.
• Optimize merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
