Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Remote Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution across multiple Minnesota cities. You will lead Direct Store Delivery, build customer relationships, and guide a team of merchandisers to meet sales targets and optimize shelf impact.

You will plan data-driven sales strategies, collaborate with store personnel, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines while delivering top-tier service and impactful HQ programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.)
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies
• Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store
• Consult & Sell: Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and HQ programs
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion
• Build Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service
• Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results
• Stay Safe & Compliant: Operate within safety guidelines
