Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers and writers.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of priorities.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within safety and company guidelines.
