Job summary

Mondelez International in the United States is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution across multiple Minnesota markets. You will lead direct-store-delivery, build customer relationships, and energize retailers with Mondelez brands on shelves.

This role blends strategy, execution, and people leadership to achieve strong sales results. You will manage Merchandisers, execute HQ programs, and tailor data-driven plans to store needs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process knowledge.
• Physical ability for lifting and regular field activities.
• Successful background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers including hiring and coaching.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to drive results.
