Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across a defined Kentucky territory. You will energize the territory by leading relationships with store personnel and executing sales priorities with accuracy and speed.

This role requires strong leadership of full-time and part-time merchandisers, data-driven planning, and a commitment to safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, sometimes over 50 lbs)
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring to performance development
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store
• Consult and sell on-site to customers and secure incremental opportunities
• Plan data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs
• Build relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume
• Champion store success by overseeing product ordering and display execution
• Own the cadence by designing a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and results
• Stay safe and compliant with Mondelēz safety guidelines
