Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across a Colorado territory. You will drive DSD performance, optimize displays, and manage relationships with store personnel to boost sales and brand presence.

You will plan data-driven strategies, coach merchandisers, and ensure compliant, efficient store operations while meeting safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years selling experience with solid knowledge of business processes and systems.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.

Responsabilités

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies.
• Lead and coach a team of merchandisers; drive performance development.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
