Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across Colorado. You will drive store-level sales, optimize displays, and build strong relationships with store personnel to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional heavier).
• Background check including drug test and MVR.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and inspire a team of merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities in-store.
• Consult with customers on-site to secure opportunities and HQ programs.
• Plan data-driven strategies based on store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Optimize resources and scheduling of merchandisers.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Own the cadence of smart-store scheduling.
• Stay safe and compliant with Mondelēz guidelines.
