Turner & Townsend is seeking a remote Construction Project Manager to support a financial retail banking client with HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects. This Pacific Time Zone role has no travel requirements and emphasizes rigorous project governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills; ability to calculate fractions and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets and milestones.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance and direction to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation plans; implement contingency actions.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge across disciplines.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
