Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a High Volume Retail Banking Construction Project Manager to lead HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects for a major financial client. This is a remote role for someone in the Pacific Time Zone, with no travel required.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, risk and quality, coordinating with clients and delivery teams from early planning through occupancy and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Establish project governance aligned with client requirements and ensure data integrity.
