Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for high-volume retail banking upgrades including HVAC, roofing, and parking lot work. This is a remote role for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone, with no travel required and strict SOX controls where applicable.

You will manage all phases of real estate projects, coordinating with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and quality. Strong leadership and governance skills are essential to deliver complex, multi-site programs on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, CCM preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for retail banking construction projects.
• Work with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Define resources, issue RFQs, bid evaluations, and vendor selection.
• Ensure governance of project documentation and data integrity.
• Lead the project delivery team with clear guidance.
• Develop action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
