Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a remote role aligned to the Pacific Time Zone. The position supports a financial retail banking client on HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects with no travel required.

The role involves overseeing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, coordinating with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation. Strong MS Office skills and professional designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a mix of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work directly with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and quality controls.
• Develop resource plans, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and select consultants.
• Ensure project governance, data integrity, and timely reporting of status and variances.
• Lead the project delivery team and coach colleagues.
