Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a major financial retail banking client in a remote role aligned to the Mountain time zone. You will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules, and quality across a large project portfolio.

The role requires a degree in construction-related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule and track progress.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
