Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a High Volume Retail Banking Construction Project Manager to oversee HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects for a financial retail client. This is a full-time, remote role for Pacific Time Zone professionals, with no travel requirements.

You will manage all phases from planning through closeout, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects: planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budget, work plan, milestones, and risk management.
• Develop and implement resource plans, RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and vendor recommendations.
• Ensure governance, data integrity, and timely documentation across projects.
• Lead project delivery teams and communicate status, variances, and corrective actions.
