Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a High Volume Retail Banking Construction Project Manager in the Central Time Zone to oversee HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades for a major financial client. This remote role requires coordinating design, procurement, and on-site activities while ensuring project scope, budget, and schedule are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, strong organizational and managerial skills, and proficiency with Procore and standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction is preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule and milestones.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
