Turner & Townsend is seeking a High Volume Retail Banking Construction Project Manager to support HVAC, roofing and parking lot upgrades for a major retail banking client. This remote role serves the Central Time Zone with no travel requirements.

You will manage scope, cost estimates, schedules, quality control, and risk, coordinating with clients and a project delivery team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Lead procurement and bid evaluations; recommend resources.
• Ensure documentation governance and data integrity.
