Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a remote Construction Project Manager to support a financial retail banking client. The role focuses on HVAC, roofing and parking lot upgrades with no travel required and Pacific Time Zone alignment.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, define resources, coordinate with clients, monitor budgets and schedules, and drive risk mitigation across multiple projects. Strong MS Office and PMP/LEED CCM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered if no degree.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with emphasis on cost control and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, requirements, budgets, work plans, milestones, quality control and risk management.
• Define resources, run RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend resources.
• Ensure governance and data integrity across project documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
