Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a remote role serving a Pacific Time Zone client in the financial retail banking sector. You’ll oversee HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects with no travel required.

You will coordinate scope, budgets, schedules, and QA, while leading the delivery team to ensure on-time, on-budget completions. Strong client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5–8 years in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Coordinate scope, budgets, work plan, milestones, quality control and risk identification with clients.
• Define project resources, issue RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend resources.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely project documentation across teams.
• Lead the project delivery team with clear guidance and direction to meet goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
