Team Hart is seeking a Restoration Job File Coordinator to manage documentation, deadlines, and file quality for active restoration projects. The role supports five SERVPRO franchises and may be performed remotely within the United States or from the Sugar Land, TX headquarters.

The coordinator will review records, track uploads, and coordinate corrections with production and project teams while protecting confidential information and following established processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration administration or claims documentation.
• Experience coordinating restoration files or uploads with third-party programs.
• Stable work history with ability to manage deadlines and provide accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete restoration job files from intake to closeout.
• Review project records, requirements, forms, photos, and estimates for accuracy.
• Track upload requirements, due dates, scrub results, and corrective actions.
