SERVPRO of Sugar Land-8761 is seeking a Restoration Job File Coordinator to manage documentation, deadlines, and file quality across active projects. This fully remote role supports intake through closeout and requires strong organizational and written-communication skills.

Applicants should be comfortable working CST hours, coordinating with field teams, customers, and adjusters, and protecting confidential information within a multi-franchise team. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration administration, job-file coordination, or restoration file uploads.
• Familiarity with restoration platforms (WorkCenter, Xactimate, XactAnalysis) is preferred.
• Stable employment history with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate restoration job files from intake through closeout.
• Review project records, client requirements, forms, estimates, and photos for accuracy.
• Track upload requirements, due dates, scrub results, returns, and actions.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections.
• Organize file uploads and ensure documents are properly signed and labeled.
• Monitor open work orders and next actions across multiple files.
• Communicate clearly with managers, field teams, customers, and adjusters.
• Protect confidential information and follow documented requirements.
