SERVPRO is hiring a Remote Job File Coordinator to manage restoration files end-to-end from intake through final billing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. This fully remote role requires adherence to EST business hours and tight collaboration with the compliance team.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.00–$25.00 with a $1,200 sign-on bonus and daytime schedules. You will support a dedicated team handling TPAs and carrier workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience as SERVPRO Corporate Job File Coordinator ORExperience as Job File Coordinator in Restoration Industry with TPAs.
• Deep understanding of restoration terminology and claims workflow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, and audit job files from intake to final closing.
• Ensure TPA and carrier documentation complies with guidelines.
• Update job management software for tracking and status updates.
• Coordinate with field technicians, management, owners, and adjusters to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify scope notes and audit requests to minimize rejections and speed up claims.
