Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative or office-related experience.
• Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.
• Experience in the service industry environment a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar.
• Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate details to Clients as related to claims.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Build Estimates for Restoration damage.
• Take ownership of the job until completed.
• Perform general administration duties.
• Assist other departments, as needed.
