SERVPRO of Allentown is seeking a Remote Job File Coordinator to support restoration operations from an entirely home-based setup. This role requires adherence to EST working hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and collaboration with TPAs and field teams to manage files end-to-end.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ($23–$25) with a $1,200 sign-on bonus and daytime hours only, ensuring predictable scheduling while maintaining high accuracy and compliance across all files.

Formación

• Experience as a SERVPRO Corporate Job File Coordinator or as a Job File Coordinator in the Restoration Industry with TPAs.
• Deep understanding of restoration terminology, claims processing, and carrier workflow guidelines.
• Proficiency in restoration management software (Xactimate, DryBook) and standard office productivity suites.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, review, and audit job files from intake through final closing.
• Ensure compliance with Third-Party Administrator (TPA) requirements and guidelines.
• Update job management software promptly to provide clear tracking and status updates.
• Serve as liaison between field technicians, management, property owners, and insurance adjusters/TPAs.
• Verify scope notes and audit requests to minimize rejections and speed processing.
