Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a remote Partner Advocate to recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners across the United States. You will build a nationwide partner network and support market launches, activation planning, and ongoing partner growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in hospitality or related fields, strong relationship skills, and experience with onboarding and CRM systems. Travel is up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7+ years in hospitality, restaurant ops, foodservice biz development, vendor management, recruiting, franchise development, catering sales, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Onboard partners from commitment to operational launch and ensure onboarding documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to ensure successful partner setup.
• Track onboarding progress and resolve issues delaying activation.
• Support market launches, activations, and partner growth initiatives.
