Job summary

FoodWorks is seeking a remote Partner Advocate to recruit and onboard restaurant partners across the United States. The role emphasizes relationship-building, market development, and cross-functional collaboration to enable successful partner activations and launches.

The ideal candidate will manage onboarding documentation, coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams, and travel up to 25% to support market openings and activations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–7+ years in hospitality, restaurant ops, or foodservice business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new partners across the United States.
• Oversee onboarding from commitment to operational launch.
• Coordinate onboarding docs with multiple internal teams.
• Track onboarding progress and resolve activation issues.
• Support market launches and partner activations in new markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators.
