You will cultivate relationships with iconic and independent concepts, ensuring a smooth onboarding through collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, market expansion, and long-term partner growth, travel up to 25%, and remote work flexibility to support national launches.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3–7+ years in hospitality, restaurant operations, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard restaurant and partner candidates across the United States.
• Build and maintain a robust partner pipeline for current and future growth.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and activation with cross-functional teams.
• Manage partner relationships to ensure retention and success.
• Support market launches and activation activities in new markets.
