Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Partner Advocate to identify, recruit and onboard restaurant partners across the United States.

This remote role focuses on building relationships with iconic and independent concepts, supporting market launches, and ensuring compliant onboarding and activation.

Travel up to 25% may be required; strong communication, organization and hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, foodservice business development, vendor management, recruiting, franchise development, catering sales, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Partner Recruitment & Business Development: Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Partner Onboarding & Activation: Manage onboarding from initial commitment through operational launch.
• Documentation & Compliance Management: Collect, organize, and maintain onboarding assets and compliance documentation.
• Market Launch & New Business Support: Support market launches, mobilizations, and ramp-ups for new client accounts.
• Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact for newly recruited partners during onboarding and beyond.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Culinary, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
