Job summary

FoodWorks is seeking a Partner Advocate to lead the strategic sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and activation of restaurant partners across the United States. You will build relationships with iconic and independent concepts, managing a robust partner pipeline and coordinating onboarding through launch.

The ideal candidate has 3-7+ years in hospitality or foodservice business development, strong communication, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years in hospitality, restaurant ops, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard restaurant partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and activations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams.
• Support market launches and partner growth initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
