Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group, is seeking a remote Partner Advocate to recruit, onboard, and activate a national network of restaurant partners across the United States. The role focuses on sourcing iconic and independent partners, building a strong pipeline, and guiding onboarding to successful market launches.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in hospitality or related fields, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7+ years in hospitality, restaurant ops, foodservice business development, vendor management, recruiting, franchise development, catering sales, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners to support existing business needs and future growth opportunities.
• Onboard partners through onboarding and activation through to launch.
• Coordinate collection and verification of onboarding documentation and compliance.
• Support market launches and partner activations, and travel as needed.
