Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Partner Advocate to recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners across the United States. You will build a strong partner network and manage onboarding from start to launch, while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings 3–7+ years in hospitality or foodservice business development, plus excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7+ years in hospitality, restaurant operations, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboarding, and activation of restaurant partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust partner pipeline for current and future growth.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support market launches, partner activations, and remote collaboration.
• Travel up to 25% domestically to assist key openings and activations.
• Foster long-term partnerships and manage partner engagement.
