Job summary

FoodWorks is seeking a Partner Advocate to source, recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners across the United States. You will build a pipeline of iconic and independent partners, manage onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing success.

The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven with strong hospitality and business development skills, capable of traveling up to 25% and working remotely.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years in hospitality, restaurant operations, foodservice business development, vendor management, recruiting, franchise development, catering sales, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners for growth.
• Lead onboarding and activation of partners from commitment through launch.
• Coordinate onboarding docs, licenses, permits, and insurance.
• Support market launches and partner activations.
• Foster long-term partnerships and partner engagement.
