Job summary

Foodworks is seeking a Partner Advocate to drive recruitment, onboarding, and activation of restaurant partners across the United States. This role focuses on iconic and independent partners, coordinating with operations and marketing to ensure smooth launches and long-term success.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with strong business development and hospitality experience, capable of building a robust pipeline and traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, foodservice business development, vendor management, recruiting, franchise development, catering sales, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners to support growth.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure timely activation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to set up partners.
• Travel to key markets to support openings and activations when required.
• Foster long-term partnerships and monitor partner engagement.
